JOB TITLE : Billing Engineer

Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer with a strong background in the construction industry. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing client bills, RA bills, BOQs, project cost tracking, quantity verification, billing documentation, and coordinating with project, purchase, and accounts teams. Knowledge of Zoho Books or similar ERP/accounting software will be an added advantage.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Prepare project-wise BOQs, estimates, and quantity calculations.
- Measure completed work and prepare Running Account (RA) Bills.
- Prepare and submit client invoices as per project progress.
- Verify quantities as per drawings and site measurements.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers for work completion details.
- Prepare and revise project estimates when project scope changes.
- Track project-wise material, labour, and subcontractor costs.
- Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery records.
- Maintain billing documentation and project records.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team regarding billing and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare project-wise billing summaries and cost reports.
- Generate MIS reports related to billing, project progress, and receivables.
- Coordinate with clients for billing clarifications whenever required.
Required Skills :
- Strong knowledge of construction billing and quantity surveying.
- Experience in BOQ preparation and RA Billing.
- Knowledge of project costing and budget monitoring.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.
- Familiarity with Zoho Books or similar ERP/accounting software.
Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
