Role Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for driving end‑to‑end hiring strategy, execution, and stakeholder management for high‑volume and niche roles across technology, consulting, and corporate functions. The role demands deep expertise in T1‑company hiring standards, strong business partnering skills, and the ability to lead TA operations with speed, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Partner with business leaders to define hiring plans, demand forecasting, and talent pipelines.
- Build sourcing strategies for niche, leadership, and high‑impact roles.
- Drive market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and competitor mapping.
2. End‑to‑End Recruitment Leadership
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for mid‑senior and leadership roles across tech and non‑tech domains.
- Manage high‑volume hiring for T1 delivery units, including agile ramp‑ups and project‑based staffing.
- Ensure SLA adherence, quality of hire, and offer‑to-join conversions.
3. Stakeholder & Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs, Delivery Heads, HRBPs, and Practice Leaders.
- Conduct weekly governance calls, dashboards, and hiring reviews.
- Influence decision‑making with data‑driven insights.
4. Team Leadership & TA Operations
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.
- Drive process excellence, automation, and adoption of ATS/HRMS tools (SuccessFactors, Taleo, Workday, etc.).
- Implement recruitment analytics, funnel optimization, and reporting.
5. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Strengthen employer brand through events, campaigns, and digital presence.
- Ensure a premium candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
- Manage critical negotiations, counter‑offer handling, and joining assurance.
6. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to T1 hiring standards, audit requirements, and data privacy norms.
- Maintain documentation, process compliance, and recruitment governance frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–14 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with minimum 3–5 years hiring for Tier‑1 IT/Consulting companies.
- Proven expertise in technology hiring, leadership hiring, and large‑scale ramp‑ups.
- Strong command over sourcing channels: LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, StackOverflow, internal databases.
- Experience with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors, Taleo, Workday, iCIMS).
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, matrixed environments with tight deadlines.
Good to Have
- Experience in global hiring (US, UK, EU, APAC).
- Exposure to campus hiring and early‑talent programs.
- Certifications in HR, Talent Management, or Recruitment Analytics.
- Experience supporting large transformation programs or multi‑tower hiring.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
