MIFPL is an Interior Designing company, dealing in corporate, healthcare,retail and residential projects. MIFPL does turn key projects all around India.
Job Responsibilities:
- New Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients in the real estate and construction sector, focusing on corporate, healthcare, retail, and Residential projects.
- Revenue Generation: Drive sales revenue by pitching architecture and interior design services to new clients and expanding business with existing clients.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, property owners, retailors, and other industry stakeholders.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, new opportunities, and competitor activities in the region.
- Lead Management: Handle inquiries, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate records.
- Proposal Development: Prepare presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs and project specifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are effectively communicated and delivered.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales pipeline, and targets achieved.
Job Requirements / Eligibility:
- Prior experience in business development or sales in the interior designing industry.
- Good communication and presentation skills in English and local language.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools.
- Knowledge in corporate and retail tie-ups required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
