Qualification: B.Pharm/ D.Pharm
Responsibilities for Pharmacy Manager
- Oversees the operations of the pharmacy department
- Make sure that customers are prescribed the correct medicine
- Ensure the pharmacy complies with federal and state regulations
- Communicate effectively with customers relating to queries and issues
- Ensure staff provide high standards of customer service to customers
- Assist in the onboarding process of new hires
- Train staff in prioritizing customer orders and delivering them efficiently
- Instruct staff to interact professionally and courteously to customers at all times
Qualifications for Pharmacy Manager
- Visiting the branches
- Experience 10 years to 15 years
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) from an accredited school preferred
- Proven experience working in a managerial role in a pharmacy required
- Extensive knowledge of pharmaceuticals and drugs to treat ailments
- Able to provide clear and concise instructions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Self-driven and motivated to increase efficiency and performance
- Able to stand for long hours at a time
