We have a very urgent opening for the post of Jewellery Floor Manager
Job Description
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and Jewellary product knowledge
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
- Maintain an attractive and clean showroom environment that aligns with the brand image.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across all lines
Skills & Qualification:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of Jewellery products and trends.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Candidates should have a Degree in any discipline.
Job Location: T.Nagar, Velachery, Chrompet
Salary: 10% to 20% Hike from existing salary.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Jewellery field. Preferably in the Jewellery industry as a Showroom Floor Manager.
