Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Manager who can plan, create, manage, and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The ideal candidate should understand content strategy, reels trends, audience engagement, and branding.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily social media activities across multiple client accounts
- Create content calendars and posting schedules
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs
- Coordinate with designers and video editors for creatives and reels
- Plan and execute Instagram Reels and trending content ideas
- Monitor engagement, messages, comments, and community interactions
- Track social media insights and prepare monthly performance reports
- Stay updated with latest social media trends, algorithms, and viral formats
- Assist in influencer collaborations and campaign planning
- Work closely with the marketing and branding team
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
- Good copywriting and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media tools
- Understanding of reels trends, hooks, and audience psychology
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling healthcare or real estate brands
- Knowledge of Meta Ads is a must
- Basic video editing knowledge is an advantage
- Understanding of branding and content marketing
