About the role
We are looking for Production Associates to assist managers and executives with tasks in the factory. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist the Production Executives with planning and maintaining production data
- Maintain discipline in the production area
- Learn about tools like 5S and maintain them on machines
- Coordinating with workers to achieve production targets.
- Ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Maintaining production records and preparing daily production reports.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
About you:
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with 6 months or more of experience in Production are also encouraged to apply.
- Understand the importance of coordination amongst the team
- Good technical understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
- Basic knowledge of production planning, shop floor operations, and safety practices will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related technical field will be preferred.
