. Freshers or maximum 05 years experience with Foundry Background.
· Qualification: ITI & D.M.E
· Organize to decore, degate and shot blast the produced castings.
· Prepare Fettling Production Plan as per customer requirements
· Organize to fettle the WIP castings as per dispatch plan.
· Ensure quality of the fettled castings as per work instruction and master samples.
· Organize to paint the castings (if specified) as per customer specification.
· Maintain opening and closing stock of finished castings and WIP on daily and monthly basis.
· Provide monthly closing stock of finished goods and WIP for accounts department.
· Ensure final inspection of castings before dispatch.
· Prepare dispatch advice and coordinate with accounts department for timely dispatch of castings.
· Coordinate with Logistics Supervisor to arrange for transport of castings to customer.
· Ensure corrective action on customer complaints regarding fettling and painting process.
· Ensure status wise storing of castings at identified locations.
· Ensure identification of returns grade wise and store at identified locations.
· Attend weekly production meetings and present reports and statistics related to fettling and despatch.
· Implement cost control in fettling activities.
· Maintain and ensure for Shop Floor 5S
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
