About the Role
Visual Designer to own projects end-to-end — from brief to final delivery — across print and digital. Agency background and hands-on use of AI design tools preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Own projects from brief to delivery
- Design for social, digital ads, websites, brochures, packaging, and brand collateral (print + digital)
- Build brand identities, logo systems, and visual language
- Translate client briefs and feedback into design decisions
- Apply strong colour, typography, hierarchy, and layout fundamentals
- Use AI tools to speed up ideation and production
- Maintain brand consistency across deliverables
- Handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Required Skills
- Ownership — runs with projects, no hand-holding needed
- Eye for detail — catches inconsistencies before anyone else does
- AI fluency — uses AI tools to enhance craft, not replace it
- Client understanding — reads a brief and designs for the real objective
- Technically sound — strong in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Versatile across formats, fast without losing quality
- Takes feedback well, iterates fast
- Good communication and collaboration
