Hiring: Process Design Engineer – Water & Wastewater Treatment

We are looking for a Process Design Engineer with hands-on experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment (WTP/ETP/STP) process design. The ideal candidate should have expertise in hydraulic & mass balance calculations, equipment sizing, PFDs/P&IDs, process documentation, and tender/proposal engineering. Candidates from OEM, EPC, or consulting organizations will be preferred.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 4–6 years of experience for Process Design Engineer.
- 6–10 years of experience for Senior Process Design Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare process design calculations, hydraulic & mass balance reports.
- Develop PFDs, P&IDs, hydraulic profiles, and process datasheets.
- Perform equipment sizing and prepare design basis documents.
- Support tender/proposal engineering and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.
- Provide process engineering support during commissioning and project execution.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of physical, chemical, and biological water treatment processes.
- Expertise in hydraulic calculations, equipment sizing, and process design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and process documentation.
- Good understanding of environmental norms and industry standards.
- Strong analytical, communication, and technical writing skills.
