Key Responsibilities
- Player Development: Teach fundamental and advanced basketball techniques (shooting, dribbling, defense).
- Practice & Game Planning: Design practice routines, analyze team performance, and create specific game plans for upcoming opponents.
- Leadership & Motivation: Act as a role model, inspire players, and instill a positive, competitive, and disciplined mindset.
- Administration: Manage travel arrangements, maintain equipment inventories, monitor academic eligibility, and ensure adherence to safety and safeguarding protocols
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Deep Game Knowledge: Strong understanding of basketball rules, plays, strategies, and physical training.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with athletes, parents, assistant coaches, and athletic directors.
- Patience & Adaptability: Capacity to adjust instructional styles to meet the needs of different players and maintain morale during losing streaks.
- Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification, safeguarding compliance, and relevant coaching accreditations are typically required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
