Job Description
Job Description: Revenue Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain the Field Measurement Book (FMB) for project land records and survey documentation.
Collect, verify, and prepare Revenue Maps (Tatima) and other land ownership records required for statutory approvals.
Conduct detailed land surveys and measurements within the complete project boundary
Carry out site demarcation of project boundaries as per revenue records, approved layouts, and coordinates
Coordinate with Forest, Revenue, and other Government Departments for preparation of revenue record and map (Tatima) for submission of forest case & tree felling permission as per project requirement
Verify land ownership, khasra details, and boundary alignment with revenue records.
Ensure accuracy of survey data and maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.
Support project teams in resolving land-related issues and boundary disputes, if any.
Ensure compliance with applicable land acquisition, forest, and environmental regulations.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of revenue records, Tatima maps, FMB preparation, and land surveying techniques.
Understanding of land demarcation, cadastral mapping, and coordinate systems.
Ability to coordinate with government departments and stakeholders.
Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
