Job Title: Butler
Location: Colaba, Mumbai
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced, professional, and service-oriented Butler with a minimum of 8 years of experience in luxury hospitality or private residences. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional service etiquette, strong household management skills, and the ability to provide personalized service to high-net-worth individuals and their guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable personalized service to the principals and guests.
- Manage formal dining service, including table setting, silver service, and beverage service.
- Coordinate with chefs, house managers, housekeeping staff, drivers, and other household employees to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Welcome and attend to guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
- Oversee pantry operations, dining inventories, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and household supplies.
- Assist with travel arrangements, packing/unpacking, wardrobe management, and special requests.
- Coordinate private events, family functions, and VIP guest visits.
- Ensure the residence is maintained to luxury hospitality standards.
- Liaise with vendors and external service providers as required.
- Maintain complete confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Butler in a luxury private residence, palace, embassy, yacht, or 5-star luxury hotel.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service, silver service, table etiquette, and guest relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance with impeccable grooming standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Butler certification or Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- Experience working with HNI/UHNI families or luxury hospitality brands.
- Knowledge of international etiquette, wine service, and formal household protocols.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
