About the Role
Looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a developers team and own end-to-end product delivery. You’ll manage execution, debug issues, and build scalable systems.
Key Requirements
- AI based knowledge
- Experience with MERN Stack (MongoDB, Node.js, React.js)
- Good knowledge of Python
- Team management / leadership experience
- Strong debugging & production experience
Product Ownership Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of product features aligned with business goals.
- Partner with Product and Design to define and prioritize the roadmap.
- Translate requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
- Drive execution, balancing speed, quality, and reliability.
- Take accountability for product outcomes, using data to guide decisions and improvements.
