About the Role
Nirmaan Organization is seeking a passionate and skilled ITES Trainer to deliver high-quality training to students in Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES). The trainer will be responsible for developing learners' communication, computer, customer service, and workplace readiness skills to enhance their employability.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom sessions on ITES concepts and employability skills.
- Train students in customer service, voice and non-voice processes, and business communication.
- Teach basic computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet usage.
- Develop students' spoken English, email etiquette, and professional communication skills.
- Conduct sessions on soft skills, personality development, interview preparation, and workplace etiquette.
- Assess students through assignments, mock interviews, presentations, and practical activities.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and training reports.
- Provide individual mentoring and career guidance to students.
- Coordinate with the placement team to prepare candidates for employment opportunities.
- Ensure the training content is updated according to current industry requirements.
- Support mobilization activities, workshops, and student engagement initiatives as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- Certification in ITES, Soft Skills, English Communication, or Customer Service is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as an ITES Trainer, Soft Skills Trainer, or Computer Trainer.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and relevant certifications may also apply.
