About the Role
Nexora Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Intern to support our business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating qualified leads, and contributing to the company's sales pipeline through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients and introduce company services.
Identify customer requirements and assess potential business opportunities.
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for the sales team.
Schedule meetings and follow-up discussions with interested prospects.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities.
Collaborate with the business development team to achieve lead generation and sales objectives.
Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and professional networking platforms.
Meet weekly and monthly performance targets.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in engaging with potential clients over phone calls.
Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn sales processes.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple follow-ups effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous internship or experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or business development.
Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation tools.
Understanding of B2B sales processes.
