Job Description :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Sales Consultant with strong experience in B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Presales, Business Development, Upselling, and Cross-selling. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to achieve sales targets. Experience in consultative selling and handling premium clients will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition through consultative sales and relationship-building.
- Handle Presales activities and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Manage B2B and B2C Sales to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for Upselling and Cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Generate new business through Business Development, referrals, corporate tie-ups, events, and other sales channels.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
- Strong experience in B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Presales, Business Development, Upselling, and Cross-selling.
- Excellent verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
- Strong consultative selling and target-oriented mindset.
- Experience handling face-to-face consultations with HNI/Premium clients is preferred.
- Experience in International Sales will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
