Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Horticulture (Landscape) ONLY is must
Minimum 1 year of Relevant experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture operations, or green asset management is added advantage.
Identify and assess indoor and outdoor ornamental, exotic, and native plants and trees.
Inspect plants and trees for pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies, and overall plant health, and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct regular site inspections to verify the condition, quantity, and maintenance of green assets.
Verify green asset handover documents and ensure records are complete and accurate.
Perform three-way verification of Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Challans (DC), and Invoices to ensure accurate documentation and material receipt.
Conduct physical verification of manpower deployment and ensure deployment matches approved schedules.
Review attendance records and verify HR compliance documents, including statutory and contractual requirements.
Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and PowerPoint presentations for management review.
