Job Description
- Develop care schedules and assign staff for home visits.
- Monitor the quality of services provided to home-bound patients.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with health regulations.
- Provide training and support to home care staff.
- Evaluate patient needs and adjust services accordingly.
- Communicate with families, physicians, and caregivers.
- Address patient complaints and improve service delivery.
Pay: ₹75,000.86 - ₹100,000.85 per month
