Safety Management
- Ensure implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and client safety standards.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.
- Monitor compliance with statutory safety regulations and permit-to-work systems.
- Maintain a safe working environment at all project locations.
Electrical Safety
- Monitor electrical installation activities to ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
- Ensure proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures are followed.
- Verify safe isolation before maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper use of insulated tools and electrical PPE.
- Monitor temporary electrical installations and earthing arrangements.
Permit to Work (PTW)
- Verify and authorize work permits as per project requirements.
- Monitor compliance for:
- Hot Work
- Height Work
- Confined Space Entry
- Excavation Work
- Lifting Operations
- Electrical Isolation
- Close permits after completion of work.
Toolbox Talk & Training
- Conduct daily Toolbox Talks (TBT).
- Organize HSE induction training for new employees.
- Conduct awareness programs on electrical hazards and emergency response.
- Provide regular safety training to workers and subcontractors.

PPE Management
- Ensure mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment.
- Inspect PPE regularly.
- Maintain PPE issue and inspection records.
- Ensure availability of safety equipment at site.
Incident Investigation
- Report accidents, near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions.
- Participate in incident investigations.
- Prepare incident investigation reports.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Safety Documentation
- Maintain all HSE records and registers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports.
- Maintain safety statistics and compliance records.
- Coordinate with client HSE representatives during audits.
Site Monitoring
- Monitor work at height activities.
- Inspect scaffolding before use.
- Supervise crane and lifting operations.
- Monitor excavation and confined space activities.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained.
