About the Role
NanoSchool.in is looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to drive student enrollments, institutional partnerships, and brand growth through data-driven digital marketing strategies. The role involves planning and executing performance marketing, organic growth initiatives, content marketing, SEO, social media campaigns, and marketing automation to promote NanoSchool's online certification courses, internships, workshops, webinars, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), and other learning solutions across India and globally.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing & Growth
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, learner acquisition, and revenue.
- Drive growth for certification courses, internships, workshops, webinars, bootcamps, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), conferences, and other learning initiatives.
- Identify new growth opportunities through digital channels, strategic partnerships, and data-driven marketing.
2. Learner & Institutional Lead Generation
- Generate qualified leads for students, faculty members, researchers, colleges, universities, research organizations, training institutes, and corporate partners.
- Improve lead-to-enrollment conversion rates through effective marketing funnels and nurturing campaigns.
- Optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and overall campaign ROI.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to generate qualified institutional partnership opportunities and academic collaborations.
3. International Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns targeting international students and educational institutions.
- Promote NanoSchool's programs globally and support international academic partnerships and collaborations.
4. Performance Marketing & Organic Growth
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Email Marketing, and Social Media platforms.
- Drive organic growth through SEO, content marketing, webinars, email nurturing, and community engagement.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink strategies, and website optimization to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
5. Content, Branding & Social Media
- Create and manage high-quality marketing content including blogs, landing pages, newsletters, email campaigns, website content, brochures, videos, and promotional materials.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns for certification programs, workshops, webinars, internships, conferences, and other academic events.
- Manage NanoSchool's social media presence to increase brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and registrations.
- Coordinate video marketing initiatives for YouTube and short-form content across digital platforms.
6. Website, Landing Pages & Conversion Optimization
- Optimize website and landing pages to improve user experience, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing for advertisements, landing pages, email campaigns, and call-to-action elements.
- Coordinate with the web development team for website enhancements and technical improvements.
7. Analytics, Automation & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and Looker Studio.
- Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Mailchimp, WhatsApp Automation, or similar platforms) for lead nurturing and campaign management.
- Prepare dashboards and reports on lead generation, campaign performance, website traffic, conversion rates, marketing funnel performance, and ROI.
- Leverage AI-powered marketing tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, etc.) to improve content creation, campaign optimization, and productivity.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or equivalent certifications will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in EdTech, Higher Education, Academic Publishing, Online Learning Platforms, or Institutional Marketing is preferred.
