Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing clients, and ensuring smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify new customers and business opportunities
- Generate leads through market visits, calls, and networking
2. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
3. Order Management
- Handle inquiries, quotations, and order processing
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery
- Track order status and resolve issues if any
4. Market Visit & Field Work
- Conduct regular field visits to dealers, retailers, or clients
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
- Report daily/weekly sales activities
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain sales reports, MIS, and customer data
- Update management on sales performance and pipeline
- Use CRM tools if applicable
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Good MS Excel / reporting skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any stream) preferred
