As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our Corporate Sales division and are looking for a highly motivated, relationship-driven, and results-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to develop and grow Makoba's corporate gifting business across the Bangalore region.
This is a senior field-sales role that requires extensive client interaction, business development, relationship building, and revenue generation. The position is intended for a professional who can independently open doors, secure meetings with senior decision-makers, present solutions, build trust, and convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.
Position Summary
The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for generating and growing corporate gifting revenue across Bangalore. The role involves identifying prospective corporate clients, securing appointments with key stakeholders, conducting face-to-face meetings, understanding business requirements, presenting Makoba's premium gifting solutions, and successfully closing business opportunities.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable meeting senior corporate leaders, carrying product samples, conducting presentations, showcasing branding and engraving capabilities, negotiating commercial terms, and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to payment realization.
The individual will serve as one of the primary representatives of Makoba in the Bangalore market and will play a critical role in building the company's corporate gifting business.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate customers across Bangalore.
- Develop business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, business associations, industry events, and personal relationships.

- Act as a trusted gifting advisor rather than a transactional salesperson.

The role holder is expected to take complete ownership of corporate business development within the assigned territory and contribute meaningfully to Makoba's growth journey.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
