About the role
We are hiring a Senior Technical Business Analyst who has come up through the UiPath stack — and who has kept up as the platform has shifted toward Maestro, Coded Workflows, and agentic automation. This is not a documentation role. You will lead process discovery with senior client stakeholders, translate findings into solution designs the development team can build from, and make confident recommendations on UiPath capabilities and SKUs grounded in your own hands-on experience. We expect you to use AI and LLMs daily to accelerate discovery, drafting, and analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Lead process discovery and decomposition with client stakeholders across finance, operations, shared services, and IT
- Author Process Definition Documents, Solution Design Documents, and Business Requirements Documents that engineering can build from without rework
- Recommend the right UiPath capability mix for each process — attended bots, unattended bots, Maestro orchestration, agents, Document Understanding, Apps — and the corresponding SKUs
- Manage stakeholder communication across business owners, IT teams, vendors, and the internal delivery team
- Partner with Tech Leads and Solution Architects during design and review cycles
- Use AI and LLM tools daily for discovery synthesis, document drafting, requirements analysis, and prompt design for agentic solutions
- Drive UAT, hyper-care, and acceptance with client stakeholders
- Maintain a working knowledge of the latest UiPath product releases and platform direction
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in automation or RPA, with a meaningful period of hands-on UiPath development
- Strong, current expertise across the UiPath product portfolio and SKUs, including Maestro, Coded Workflows, and agentic capabilities
- Working knowledge of Python and the ability to read and reason about Coded Workflows and Coded Agents
- Demonstrated daily use of AI / LLM tools to improve analyst productivity
- Proven ability to write clear PDDs, SDDs, BRDs, and solution proposals
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with both senior business stakeholders and engineering teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-modelling skills
Preferred qualifications
- UiPath Business Analyst and / or Developer certifications
- Exposure to designing prompts and evaluation criteria for AI / agentic workflows
- Experience working with global enterprise clients across multiple industries
