Internship Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our legal team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to legal research, drafting, documentation, and dispute resolution. Successful candidates who demonstrate strong performance during the internship may be offered a full-time role with the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for ongoing matters.
- Assist in drafting legal notices, agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Review case files and organize legal documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, counterparties, and external counsels.
- Participate in client consultations and internal legal discussions.
- Attend ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) proceedings on behalf of clients, where required.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
- Provide legal, paralegal, and administrative support to the team.
Eligibility
- LL.B. student (final year preferred) or recent LL.B. graduate.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and legal research tools.
