Experience: 1+ Year (Upwork / Freelancing Platforms)
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and client handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
Write customized proposals to clients
Communicate with international clients and understand requirements
Convert leads into long-term business opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams for project delivery
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience working on Upwork
Strong communication and proposal writing skills
Good understanding of IT services and project scope
Ability to generate leads.
