The work you’ll do

Lead the creative direction and design oversight for large, high-visibility, cross-channel campaigns and strategic brand initiatives

Partner with creative directors, marketing leaders, and business stakeholders to shape visual strategy, campaign direction, and audience engagement approaches.

Ensure the team delivers design work that is conceptually strong, strategically aligned, brand-consistent, and operationally feasible

Review and optimize creative output across the portfolio, maintaining a consistently high standard of quality and craft

Advise senior stakeholders, presenting recommendations, rationale, and clear points of view on creative direction and marketing strategyInspire and lead creative teams to produce distinctive, effective work across print, digital, social, web, experiential, and branded environments

Build trusted relationships across a matrixed organization and influence outcomes with senior stakeholders

Lead managers and senior team members through coaching, performance feedback and development planning.

Drive improvements in creative operations, learning, workflow discipline, collaboration, and team capabilities.

Evaluate emerging design trends, technologies, and platforms and recommend where they can strengthen team performance and campaign impact

Manage complex project portfolios, resource priorities, and external partners as needed

Qualification
Required:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

15+ years of in-house or agency experience leading integrated, cross-channel creative work, with a compelling portfolio of distinctive campaigns

Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to develop and lead work for national or global brands across multiple media

Proven ability to concept and direct outstanding creative work, guide teams through execution, and adapt effectively through feedback and changing requirements

Executive presence and strong client or stakeholder relationship-building capability

Strong conceptual and strategic thinking, with the ability to connect creativity to business priorities and proof points

Demonstrated success leading, developing, and retaining strong creative talent

Fluency across Adobe Creative Suite and strong knowledge of digital, traditional, and emerging delivery channels

Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment and influence senior stakeholders across geographies.

Strong operational judgment, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing stakeholder needs
