About the Founder
Shreya Dabriwal is a Gold Medallist Textile Designer from NIFT, Kolkata, batch of 2015.
We're looking for a hands-on Textile Designer to join our Design team under the supervision of Shreya Dabriwal with the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Quality Control: Ensure consistent embroidery quality across batches and reduce rework rates.
Sampling Coordination: Work closely with the product team to translate design samples into production-ready embroidery.
Raw Material Planning and Procurement: Manage and procure inventory of threads, embellishments, and base fabrics for embroidery as and when needed.
Timeline Management: Monitor production TATs and ensure timely delivery of embroidery
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements in embroidery techniques and workflows.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of sampling, production runs, and reworks.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in embroidery production - fashion, or accessories preferred in small to mid size set up: Hands-on knowledge of hand and/or machine embroidery with a strong eye for quality
Good team coordination and vendor management skills: Basic understanding of design interpretation and fabric behaviour
Comfortable in a fast-paced, quality-focused startup environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience with bridal or occasion-wear embroideryKnowledge of Zardozi, Aari, or beadwork techniques
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
