About Us:
Gagangiri Group is looking for an experienced and dedicated Head Site Engineer to oversee construction site operations, ensure quality execution, and lead our on-site technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work progresses as per project schedule
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth execution
- Ensure construction work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor material usage, manpower deployment, and site safety practices
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site logs, and documentation
- Liaise with architects, consultants, and project managers to resolve site-level issues
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and statutory compliance on site
- Guide and manage junior engineers and site supervisors
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in residential/commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management
- Good communication and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Proficiency in MS Office/AutoCAD is a plus
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Kandivali West, Mumbai
