Process Engineer – Solar Cell Manufacturing
Experience: 3–8 Years
We are seeking a Process Engineer to support and optimize solar cell manufacturing processes, including Texturing, Diffusion, PECVD/ALD, Metallization, Firing, and Testing. The role focuses on improving process stability, yield, cell efficiency, throughput, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and optimize solar cell manufacturing processes.
- Analyze production data to improve yield and reduce defects.
- Conduct RCA, DOE, FMEA, and SPC-based process improvements.
- Support implementation of new technologies and process upgrades.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D teams.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, ISO, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
- 3–8 years of experience in solar cell, semiconductor, or process manufacturing.
- Knowledge of PERC, TOPCon, and/or HJT technologies preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with MES, SPC, Lean/Six Sigma tools is an advantage.
Notes: Applicants with hands-on experience in solar cell/module manufacturing and solar industry processes will be given preference.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
