Your impact
Conduct the audits across the current projects in the Middle East (ME) as per the agreed audit program/schedule
Provide focus on the performance of BMS SOP Compliance Audits for projects across the ME Region
Monitor, track, and report on audit metrics and trending for the ME region for Project Audits (Pre-Audit or Desk Audit, Progress Audit, Project Closeout)
Develop and close Corrective and Preventative Action Plans (CAPAs) with the projects and other related follow up actions
Carry quality audit for the selected projects as listed in the FY26 ME Regional Audit Schedule.
Follow combined desktop review and virtual meeting/s with the auditees
Follow the audit criteria are based on Jacobs BMS Policy, Procedures, Work Instructions, Guidelines & Tools, and ISO 9001:2015.
Include the areas in the audit as detailed in the ME Audit Checklist and the IWA signed with the ME
Ensure that the audit report is reviewed and approved by ME Quality team
Provide the final draft of the audit report to ME Logistics manager for DPE discussion, where needed.
Issue the audit report and enter the same in the Intelex after DPE discussion, as directed by the ME Logistics manager.
Here's what you'll need
B.E / Post-Graduation in Civil / Mechanical/ Electrical / Chemical Engineering. Other trades may also be considered
6-8 years’ experience in Quality Assurance preferably in project management, engineering consultancy or other industry can be considered
Quality flare with good understanding of ISO9001 standards and familiarity with Quality portals and tools of the company previously working with
Skilled Quality consultant and auditor
Fast learner with Report writing skills
Confident with proven interpersonal and communication skills (English).
