Job Title: Factory Dispatch Manager
Location: Rithala, New Delhi
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily dispatch operations from the factory.
- Ensure timely packing, loading, and dispatch of products.
- Coordinate with the production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Maintain proper dispatch records, invoices, challans, and other documents.
- Coordinate with transporters and delivery partners for timely deliveries.
- Ensure accurate stock movement and proper handling of goods.
- Monitor the dispatch team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Resolve any dispatch-related issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in factory dispatch, warehouse, or logistics operations.
- Knowledge of dispatch documentation and inventory management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage dispatch operations independently and responsibly.
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience.
