1. Champion the Product (Project)
Develop a deep understanding of the commercial real estate portfolio, including office towers, tech parks, and mixed-use developments.
Translate technical and design features into compelling, benefit-driven narratives tailored for investors, tenants, and corporate clients.
2. Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a strategic liaison between the internal development teams and external stakeholders such as IPCs, corporates, and investors.
Conduct high-impact presentations, guided site walkthroughs, and virtual webinars to showcase project value.
3. Market Positioning & Thought Leadership
Build project narratives aligned with emerging trends—sustainability, wellness-focused environments, hybrid workspaces, and ESG.
Represent the brand at key industry platforms including real estate forums, roundtables, and investor summits.
Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategic alignment.
4. Feedback Loop

5. Content & Communication
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication to articulate complex project concepts clearly and persuasively.
Successfully engage and build trust with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), institutional clients, and corporate decision-makers.
Support development of high-quality sales and marketing collateral, including decks, brochures, microsites, and investor communication.
Key Skills & Competencies
In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate dynamics (e.g., leasing cycles, REIT markets, absorption trends, Grade A developments).
Outstanding communication, storytelling, and client presentation skills.
Ability to distill and communicate design, financial, and technical data into simple, persuasive messages.
Confident stakeholder management, including working with CXO-level clients and internal leadership.
Strategic thinker with a strong sense of market positioning, brand elevation, and customer experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Architecture, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience with large-scale commercial or mixed-use real estate projects.
Exposure to working with international property consultants (JLL, CBRE, Cushman, etc.) and real estate investor communities.
