Century Cargo Carrier Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Operations MIS Executive for our Mathura office.
We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented person who can manage operational data, order records, POD follow-up, MIS reporting and written communication.
Candidates with experience in transport, warehousing, supply chain or operations support can apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Taking transport orders and maintaining records
- Maintaining vehicle movement and dispatch data
- POD follow-up with drivers and branches
- Sending PODs to customers
- Preparing daily MIS and operational reports
- Tracking loaded, in-transit and unloaded vehicles
- Monitoring pending PODs and delays
- Coordinating with branch and operations team
- Writing emails, letters and customer communication
- Sharing operational data with management for planning and execution
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of Email communication
- Strong letter writing and drafting skills (mandatory)
- Basic usage of ChatGPT for drafting and communication support
- Strong data management skills
- Good follow-up and coordination ability
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
- Basic understanding of operations and documentation
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in MIS preparation
- Experience in transport / warehouse / supply chain operations
- Good patience and discipline
- Comfortable with regular follow-up and coordination
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
