Job Overview
The Front Office Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the front office and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors, clients, or guests. This role involves supervising front desk staff, maintaining high service standards, handling customer concerns, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesFront Office Operations
- Oversee daily front desk activities, including check-ins, check-outs, and visitor handling
- Ensure the front office runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally at all times
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation of the front office area
Staff Management
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate front office staff
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Handle staff issues and promote teamwork and professionalism
Customer Service
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle complaints, concerns, and special requests calmly and effectively
- Build strong relationships with guests, clients, and visitors
- Act as the main point of contact for front office-related inquiries
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other departments
- Communicate policies, procedures, and updates to front office staff
- Ensure company rules, safety standards, and procedures are followed
Administration & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Monitor front office expenses and supplies
- Assist management with planning and operational improvements

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality roles
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial position is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
