Role Summary:We are looking for a smart, tech-savvy Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in day-to-day operations, project execution, coordination, and technology-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with AI tools, CRM systems, dashboards, and digital workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage MD’s calendar, meetings, travel, and communications.
- Follow up with department heads and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Maintain trackers, reports, and dashboards for ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with operations, sales, HR, marketing, and tech teams.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to improve productivity and documentation.
- Assist in CRM management, automation projects, and process improvements.
- Prepare presentations, MOMs, SOPs, and business reports.
- Act as a central point of coordination between the MD and teams.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of technology, AI tools, CRM, and business software.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
- Excellent follow-up and execution capabilities.
- High ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- 1–5 years experience in PA, EA, Founder’s Office, Operations, or similar roles
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
