Job Title: CNC Operator
Location: Akoli, Raipur ( C.G)

Reports To: Production Manager / Shop Floor Incharge
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to operate and maintain CNC machines for manufacturing precision components as per technical drawings and production requirements. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling CNC machines, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines (Turning / Milling / VMC / HMC as applicable).
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Set up machines, load raw materials, and adjust machine settings as required.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of finished parts.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Measure finished components using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).
- Maintain production records and report any deviations or defects.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area (5S compliance).
Required Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience as a CNC Operator in fabrication / heavy engineering industry.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of CNC programming basics (G-Code / M-Code understanding preferred).
- Ability to operate Fanuc / Siemens / Haas controllers (preferred).
- Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality inspection processes.
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
