Job Details
Salary: ₹27,000 per month + Performance-based incentives
Location: Calicut, Kerala (Local area coverage)
Job Type: Full-time, Field Sales
Experience Required: Fresher to 2 years of experience (Prior experience in FMCG, Telecom, or retail sales is a plus but not mandatory)
Education: Any Graduate (Degree complete in any discipline)
Key Responsibilities
Beat Mapping & Market Visits: Visit assigned retail outlets and local shops daily according to the designated route map (beat plan).
Order Generation: Meet with store owners/retailers to pitch products, secure orders, and achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term working relationships with existing and new retailers.
Stock & Visibility Management: Ensure our products are well-stocked, visible, and prominently displayed at retail points. Place promotional materials (posters, banners) effectively.
Payment Collection: Coordinate with retailers for timely payment collection and clear outstanding dues safely.
Daily Reporting (DSR): Maintain accurate logs of daily outlet visits, orders collected, and market feedback using the company's mobile sales tracking app.
Requirements & Skills
Education: Graduation is mandatory (Any stream/discipline is welcome).
Language: Fluency in Malayalam is required to effectively communicate with local retailers. Basic English/Hindi is a bonus.
Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (essential for daily field visits).
Skills: Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills. A positive attitude and resilience against rejection.
Locality: Good geographic knowledge of Calicut and surrounding market areas.
