Key responsibilities
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and measurements to plan layout and welding sequence.
- Set up job: mark, cut, grind, and prepare components as per dimensions before welding.
- Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions using suitable processes (MIG/TIG/Arc/Gas) and parameters.
- Inspect welds visually and by basic gauges, repair defects, and ensure parts meet tolerance and quality standards.
- Use hand tools and machines like grinders, gas cutters, drills, and basic fixtures/jigs safely.
- Maintain welding machines, cables, torches, and work area in clean and safe condition.
- Follow all PPE and safety procedures for welding, gas cutting, material handling, and housekeeping
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
