Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager Lead to oversee and drive the successful delivery of multiple projects across diverse technology platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven expertise in managing projects from initiation to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from requirement gathering, planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and deployment strategies.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, effort estimations, schedules, resource allocation plans, and delivery roadmaps.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, leadership teams, and internal departments to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct team performance evaluations, provide mentorship, and support team development initiatives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote Agile best practices.
- Manage project governance, reporting, escalations, and stakeholder communication.
- Oversee project documentation, change management, and deployment activities.
- Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms for project tracking and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech, B.E, BCA, MCA preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience.
- Significant experience in Project Management and leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing projects across various IT platforms, particularly:
- E-commerce Projects
- CRM Solutions
- Mobile Application Development
- Enterprise Web Applications
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
- Excellent project planning, execution, resource management, and risk management skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications will be an added advantage.

Additional Information
- This is an onsite role based at Koratty Infopark, Kerala.
- Candidates currently based in Kerala or willing to relocate to Kerala will be preferred.
- The work schedule is Monday to Friday.
Pay: From ₹55,000.00 per month
