About the Role

Eligibility

- B.E./B.Tech graduates can apply.
- Any Postgraduate (PG) graduate can apply.
- Candidates with a genuine passion for working with children and an interest in teaching are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Teacher in managing the Upper Elementary classroom.
- Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Prepare and maintain a well-organized learning environment.
- Observe and guide children with patience and care.
- Participate in classroom activities, projects, and school events.
- Learn and implement Montessori teaching practices through training and mentoring.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support each child's learning journey.
Requirements
- Passionate about working with children aged 9–12 years (Grades 4–6).
- Willingness to learn the Montessori philosophy and teaching methodology.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, patience, creativity, and a growth mindset.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
