Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage the overall Finance & Accounts function across Biogrow companies.
The candidate will be responsible for financial accounting, manufacturing and product costing, ERP/accounting system implementation, inventory accounting, MIS reporting, budgeting, audit, statutory compliance, cash flow, working capital and Accounts team management.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing accounting and costing, with good leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the overall Accounts & Finance team and daily accounting activities.
* Supervise monthly closing, financial reporting and reconciliations.
* Implement and improve accounting/ERP systems and processes.
* Develop and maintain proper *manufacturing costing and product costing* systems.
* Monitor raw material, production, inventory and finished goods accounting.
* Prepare *MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and profitability reports*.
* Monitor product-wise costing, margins, wastage and production variances.
* Manage budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
* Ensure compliance with *GST, TDS, audit and other statutory requirements*.
* Monitor receivables, payables, banking and working capital.
* Establish strong internal controls and accounting procedures.
* Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales, Logistics, HR and Management.
* Lead, train and develop the Accounts team.
* Identify process improvements and reduce manual/Excel-based accounting activities.
Qualification
- CA / CMA / M.Com / MBA Finance / B.Com or equivalent.
- CA Inter / CMA Inter candidates with strong manufacturing accounting experience may also be considered.
Experience
- 4–10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong experience in manufacturing accounting and product costing is preferred.
- Experience in ERP/accounting system implementation is an advantage.
- Experience in coir, substrate, agro-based, export-oriented or process manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
