At Simra Aveera Private Limited , Bengaluru We are looking for a Mid-Senior Chemistry Faculty to handle IIT-JEE & NEET (PCB) batches (Class 11 & 12), with a strong focus on concept clarity and student performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured Chemistry lectures for IIT-JEE & NEET students (Class 11 & 12)
- Cover syllabus with a strong exam-oriented approach
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision classes
- Prepare assignments, Daily Practice Problems (DPPs), and test papers
- Evaluate answer sheets and provide academic feedback
- Track student performance and support improvement strategies
- Maintain classroom discipline and student engagement
- Collaborate with senior faculty on academic planning and execution
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in IIT-JEE/NEET Chemistry coaching
- Strong command over Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry
- Good classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to simplify concepts and engage students
- Ability to handle batches independently
- Structured and disciplined teaching approach
Preferred:
- Experience in reputed coaching institutes
- Exposure to structured academic systems and test series
- Proven track record of student results
