Role description
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced D365 F&O QA Lead with strong expertise in ERP testing, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and QA leadership. The role will drive quality assurance across implementations, upgrades, and support programs, ensuring functional accuracy, integration stability, data integrity, and successful releases across Finance and Supply Chain modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead QA strategy, test planning, execution, and quality governance for D365 F&O programs.
- Manage manual and automation testing teams in Agile delivery environments.
- Execute Functional, SIT, UAT, Regression, Smoke, and Integration Testing.
- Validate end-to-end business processes across:
- Finance: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting
- Supply Chain: Procurement, Inventory, Sales Orders, Master Planning, WMS/TMS, Production
- Lead integration testing with CRM, Power Platform, SAP/JDE, WMS, and third-party applications.
- Drive automation using RSAT, Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.
- Lead data migration testing, reconciliation, cutover, and go-live validation.
- Manage test plans, RTM, defect triage, quality metrics, and release sign-offs using Azure DevOps/JIRA.
- Collaborate with business SMEs, functional consultants, architects, and project teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10–15+ years of QA/Testing experience.
- 6+ years of ERP / Enterprise Application Testing experience.
- 4+ years leading QA for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Strong experience in ERP Finance and Supply Chain testing.
- Expertise in O2C, P2P, and R2R process validation.
- Hands-on experience with RSAT/Selenium-based automation.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and/or JIRA.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Certification.
- ISTQB or Agile/SAFe certifications.
- Experience with Power Platform and D365 integrations.
