- generate leads,

What You’ll Actually Do
This is not a passive support role.
You will actively:
- generate leads,
- connect with potential clients,
- onboard new users,
- follow up with prospects,
- build relationships,
- close deals,
- and help grow ORATRIXA from the ground up.
You’ll work across:
- LinkedIn
- Instagram
- X (Twitter)
- Communities
- DMs
- Networking
- Referrals
- Outbound outreach
- Founder-led ecosystems
- AI/startup spaces
You are expected to:
- bring people in,
- build trust,
- and convert conversations into onboarded clients.

Compensation Structure (Read Carefully)
We want to be transparent from Day 1.
We are an early-stage company.
We are not sitting on massive funding rounds or inflated startup budgets.

Initial Structure
For the first 88 Days, selected candidates will receive:
₹8,000 Stipend
Performance-based incentives upon achieving targets.
Performance-Based Growth
This role is designed for high performers.
If you:
- achieve targets early,
- overperform consistently,
- generate quality leads,
- close clients,
- and onboard successfully,
we will immediately move you into a stronger compensation structure.
The Core Philosophy

The total sales you generate in a year should eventually reflect the level of annual compensation you earn with us.

Monthly Target Expectation
The current expected benchmark target is:
$1000 USD in monthly sales generation
Your role is to:
- generate leads,
- nurture conversations,
- onboard users,
- and contribute toward achieving and exceeding this target.
If you can outperform expectations, your growth inside ORATRIXA accelerates rapidly.
