Metadologie is a Salesforce consulting and technology solutions company. We work with global clients to streamline operations across invoicing, billing, documentation, inventory, taxation, and Salesforce integrations.
We are looking for a Salesforce Quality Analyst with 2+ years of experience in Salesforce testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of Salesforce applications by validating business processes, identifying defects, and working closely with developers and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications.
- Create and execute test cases based on business requirements and user stories.
- Validate Salesforce customizations, workflows, flows, Apex, Lightning components, and integrations.
- Log, track, and verify defects using Jira or similar tools.
- Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business analysts to ensure high-quality releases.
- Maintain test documentation and support continuous QA process improvements.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Quality Assurance.
- Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, STLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Jira and test management tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
