We are looking for a SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to manage SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation, analytics, and digital growth campaigns.
Job ResponsibilitiesSEO
- Develop and implement SEO strategies for SeeKNEO and client websites.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Handle on-page, technical, off-page, and local SEO.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal links.
- Build quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and organic leads.
- Manage Google Search Console and Google Business Profile.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and identify improvement opportunities.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and current SEO practices.
Google Ads / Performance Marketing
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns.
- Perform keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding, and budget optimization.
- Identify negative keywords and improve campaign targeting.
- Optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing of advertisements and landing pages.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and take corrective actions.
Meta Ads
- Create and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Run lead-generation and conversion campaigns.
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting, creatives, and ad copies.
- Test different audiences, creatives, and offers.
- Optimize campaigns for lead quality and cost per lead.
Lead Generation & Analytics
- Generate qualified leads for SeeKNEO's website and app development services.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and conversions.
- Track the complete marketing funnel from ad → lead → CRM → sales → customer.
- Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze campaign data and recommend strategies to improve ROI.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Performance Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of SEO and keyword research.
- Experience in lead-generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Understanding of conversion tracking and UTM tracking.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, or similar tools.
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
