Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and street-smart Partnerships & Field Growth Associate who can help Physova grow through on-ground outreach and local research. This person will visit hospitals, gyms, MMA centres, sports centres, and other relevant partners, introduce Physova’s offering, identify decision-makers, follow up consistently, and help convert partnerships into real patient growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential partners in person across Bangalore, especially hospitals, gyms, MMA centres, and similar channels
- Explain Physova’s offering and partnership model clearly
- Identify decision-makers and collect relevant contact details
- Follow up through in-person revisits, WhatsApp, and phone calls
- Build and maintain a healthy partnership pipeline
- Conduct local market and competitor research
- Keep lead, visit, and follow-up records updated properly
- Help move partnerships from first meeting to active conversion
- Support direct patient conversion from partner channels where relevant
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with daily field visits and local travel
- Confident speaking with hospital admins, gym owners, coaches, and operators
- Organized, disciplined, and consistent with follow-ups
- Able to do basic research and maintain structured records
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Notion, and basic online research
- Prior experience in field sales, local partnerships, business development, or growth outreach is a plus
Compensation Structure
- Fixed base pay: Rs. 3,000 per month
- High incentives for each partnership successfully converted
- Additional incentives for direct patient conversions driven through those partnerships
- Workspace access in Koramangala will be provided
- Based on performance, the role can be converted into a full-time position at market-standard compensation
Success Metrics
- Number of qualified visits completed
- Number of decision-makers identified
- Number of active follow-ups maintained
- Number of partnerships converted
- Number of direct patient conversions generated
- Quality of reporting and pipeline discipline
