Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: A completed Ph.D. degree in a relevant scientific or technological discipline from a recognized, reputable university (mandatory as per regulatory benchmarks).
- Experience: A minimum of 12 to 15 years of distinguished experience in teaching, research, or institutional administration within higher education. A proven track record of at least 3 to 5 years in a definitive leadership role (e.g., Principal, Director, Dean, or Head of Department).
- Track Record: Clear evidence of career success, which could include introducing innovative academic programs, driving major campus placements, establishing industry tie-ups, or delivering notable research contributions.
- Mindset & Core Competencies:
- Deep understanding of and passion for emerging technologies (AI, Cyber Security, Quantum, Automation).
- Strong executive presence with exceptional public speaking and collaborative networking skills.
- Data-driven decision-making style utilizing modern college management software and productivity tools.
