Job Title : Customer Relationship Manager - Payment Collection.
Location : Guwahati, Assam.
JOB SUMMARY : We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Customer Relationship Manager to manage timely collection of outstanding payments from our clients while maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and follow-up skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
-> Contact our clients through phone calls and messages to collect outstanding payments.
-> Follow-up on overdue invoices on timely basis and coordination with clients accordingly.
-> Build and maintain strong and positive relationship with customers while resolving payment-related issues.
-> Negotiate payment schedules and resolve payment-related concerns with our clients to ensure smooth functioning.
-> Prepare weekly and monthly collection reports for management.
-> Escalate high-risk or long-pending accounts to management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :
-> 2-3 years of experience in customer relationship management, payment collection and accounts receivable.
-> Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-> Fluency in Assamese, Hindi and English0.
-> Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
